Transylvania subsidiary of Romanian Association for Electronic and Software Industry – ARIES TRANSILVANIA headquartered in Cluj-Napoca,Nicolae Titulescu Street, No. 4, conducts, starting with 15 may 2014 “Training human resources in advanced technologies – iTech Transilvania” project, co-financed through the European Regional Development Fund, based on the financing contract signed with the Ministry of European Funds designated as Managing Authority for the Operational Programme Increase Economic Competitiveness.
The total value of the project is 894.620 RON, of which 889.620 RON is irredeemable financial assistance.The project is implemented in Cluj-Napoca for a period of 18 months.
The general objective of the project consists in the development of an emerging cluster for training human resources in advanced technologies and the consolidation of its institutional capacity, through the integration of SMEs in this structure in order to improve their competitiviness on the global market. The direct beneficiaries of the activities conducted within the project are not only IT companies, but also universities and representatives of local public authorities from Transylvania. Improvement courses, workshops, participation in fairs and exhibitions and other activities will be organized in order to support collaboration and creation of synergies between cluster members.
